Built for operations with more than one gate.
Managing hunting access across multiple properties — your own ranches, family land, or a company portfolio — takes more than a single listing. The Portfolio Manager account gives you landowner tools at scale.
With a Portfolio Manager account you can:
- List multiple properties across multiple counties under one operation
- Manage all your listings, bookings, and payouts from a single dashboard
- Control availability property by property — block dates to rest a pasture, work cattle, or take time off
- Choose per property: host hunts under your own portfolio, or post it to the Lease Board and let a professional guide run it
Every hunter is under signed waiver before contact info is exchanged — built into every booking across your portfolio.
One thing Texas asks of you
Texas requires a Hunting Lease License from TPWD for anyone charging for hunting access on private land, day hunts included. It runs $79 under 500 acres, $147 for 500 to 999, and $252 for 1,000 and up. Most landowners have never been told about it. It takes a few minutes through TPWD, and your BBOS account gives the document a place to live once you have it.

Get one from TPWD. Nothing on BBOS is blocked without it, and your dashboard gives it a home once you have it.
How it works
Create your account → tell us about your operation → list your properties → run them yourself or place them with guides → manage everything from one dashboard.
